Mic Assignments
There are 2 spreadsheets. One for lav (body) mics and one for handheld mics. These will also be posted back stage.
Please check to see when you might need a mic. Jay will be at the mic table and will distribute all mics. PLEASE DO NOT JUST PICK UP A MIC. If your body mic is used by multiple people, please be sure to pick it up as soon as it is available and return it immediately when you don't need to keep it. A handheld mic can be picked up when you are called to places. One place where it needs to be handed off to the next person is after I Believe for Feliz Navidad - Nora O hand to Mark, Grace hand to Adriana.
You should not turn a mic on or off. It will be on all of the time and will be controlled from the sound board. Please be careful not to talk right before your mic needs to be turned on or immediately after you are done.

Another Outreach Performance
Kenny has arranged for people to sing at LeRoy Methodist Church on Wednesday, 12/10, at 11:30 - as was done at St. John's this week. Please text Kenny (309) 261-8155 to let him know if you can participate. This way he can get a program together before hand. Thank you!
Everyone - we suggest that you bring a suitcase, duffel, laundry basket, or something to put all of your things in. You will have to move everything out of your dressing rooms because of the Dolly Parton show at the BCPA on Saturday night. Everything - props, costumes, set, and drops will need to move to the ballroom. Assignments, similar to what we have for strike at the end of the show, will be available soon. All except the kids are expected to help!
Please remember during the shows to park in the lot at the corner of East & Chestnut Streets, diagonal from the northeast corner of the Center.

After the show everyone is expected to make sure you have all of your costume pieces hung up and pack anything that is yours to take home. EVERYONE (except kids) is expected to help with strike after the show. A list of assignments will be provided.
